Thanks for the response. I was saying that with respect to state *change*.

I am signed in to WLM on multiple computers and remain so. With no change
in sign-in status, the notification pops up....

Thanks for the reply.

Granted I cannot cite any evidence of causation, but the 100% coincidence
has got to suggest something. Other Internet activity happens on the local
machine that does not...

places and have tried to suppress the notification. Taht doesn't seem to
