OT CPU upgrade

Excellent explanation!
The 2GB memory has 16 chips, Mushkin brand.
This board has Acer's proprietary dumbed down BIOS so I may be stuck with
the 2 1GB chips.

I apologize for this being OT.
I have an Acer Veriton M460 running Windows XP Pro.
I upgraded the CPU from an E2180 [2 core] to Q6600 [4 core]. Per Acer, this
is OK.
