run restore tool from installation cd

Thanks Mark, already tried that, no help. Do you know anything else to try. I
don't have the repair option to reinstall xp.

Is it possible to restore using the installation cd recovery console. I
can't boot past the welcome screen. As soon as it accesses the hd it starts
over and reboots. No safe mode either.

Verify email address

I have Windows Messenger up and running, but it says my email addy isn't
verified. I had seen the email come through and I clicked on the link and
thought everything was fine. I no longer have...
