For safety ive encrypted a file on my D: drive But due to a hard drive

Windows XP system time

I have problem with all the windows XP pc in the workgroup which the time
will always be 5 minutes late compare to standard time. It will still be 5
minutes late no matter how fast i set the system...

How to I format my Drive???

Can anybody give and idea on how to format my drive, i have tried taking
programes off but its not freeing up alot, I have a Dell Dimention 3000 with
1GB of ram I have all the disc's that came...
