Agree with bijoy

Rather leave your system folders on the small partitions - as is ,

Clisck start run then enter 'compmgmt.msc'
Use the utility Disk Management; and change to whatever drive...

Check & verify the contents of the small partition..
if its got nothing in it or its worthless . then yes delete it.
else just make the new partition the 'primary' partition so you see it as
the C:...

I laptop users connectiong to a server2003 - as well as desktop users.
I run a script on the server that maps network drives for the users.

Desktop machines are OK, but the laptop users have...
