Convert NTFS files to FA32

It's not the files that Samsung is complaining about, it's the disk. It
doesn't know how to access a NTFS-formatted disk, only a FAT32 (or FAT16).

It's not the files that Samsung is complaining about, it's the disk. It
doesn't know how to access a NTFS-formatted disk, only a FAT32 (or FAT16).
