The program is a dental management software called R4, but the hardware guy
couldn't get VNC to work through it either. As for the Proramme support..they
kept insisting it was a hardwarenetworking...

It's an Acer Extensa 5510z, and it's a real pig to find ..managed to find it
under d/load driver, and under XP.
I think they use a partition, but the guy asked me to burn XP onto the C
drive,...
