Vidio transfer like pixels & Errors for closing Movie Maker

Since i download SP3 for XP profesional, when i transfer video from sony
handy cam by USB, it records like pixcels. All videos saved earlier in Mvie
Maker plays OK. Also I have only 4 Video Effects...

When i burn my vidio to cd at final stage it gaves unknown error and spoile
my cd's. unable to find problem in Vindow Movie Maker help. enev i cannot
Import my movie's to WinDvd Creater it Says...
