For the life of me can't remember where you change it but do believe there's
a quality slider in some dialogue somewhere, e.g. lower size/detail might
speed it up some?

Basically it's just a matter of insuring EVERYTHING the software needs to
run is available to it ...

For some it's almost trivial. Just copy what's in the install folder and go.
