Is there a 'lastlog' command in WinXP?

I mean is there a way the administrator can see when the users last logged
in, provided there are many users using the same computer.

Port 3389 does not appear to be open.

Hello,

I enabled 'Remote Desktop', and switched windows firewall off, however port
3389 does not appear open nor closed when I nmaped the host.

What am I missing?
