Print Window is very slow to open

I have a printer that is shared on pc 1 on a network. from pc2 i go to print
something and it takes 20-30 seconds for the print window to open. I look in
the event log and I see many warnings...

I am having an issue. I had a client manually move his time ahead for the DST
issue. He then calls me and asks if I can come apply the patch. I apply the
patch per microsoft and now his PC keeps...
