Probably OE "cannot find" your DBX files because you moved
them to the desktop, somewhere under c:\documents\username.

Do a Find File procedure to locate the full filepath to INBOX.DBX,
write down the filepath, and then use OE / File / Import / Messages / Browse
to point to the correct folder.
