I think you're right. I've tried changing the channel on the mouse but
that's not working. I think I may just need to keep using this Dell
mouse unless I can get a hold of the other receiver. Thanks for all

This might be part of the problem too -- I'm using the old receiver. I
went in on this set with someone else -- the mouse came with a wireless
keyboard and notebook mouse. Someone else is using the keyboard and
notebook mouse for their notebook. They just gave me the mouse. I'm
assuming they have the receiver too -- not sure how that works with a
notebook, because I thought this notebook had an internal receiver.
I'll have to see if they have the receiver still and if they are using
it.
