As far as I know, you can't transfer the "custom sound scheme". You'll
have to set up a new sound scheme on the new computer that mirrors your
older computer's sound scheme. I'm sure there is a record of the
specific sound files for your current sound scheme but I don't know
where it would be.

If you find a way to do this be sure to post back with the solution and
let's see what Twayne comes up with.
