what it neglects to mention is that there are *multiple* checks to
prevent it from happening, *all* of which would need to be bypassed.

In fact it does mention all the board level tests that are done, and
goes on to say it'd be easier for the TLA agencies to divert specific
servers during delivery and mod them.
