Default Arrow up one level in File Explorer

There's a new arrow button in File Explorer to go up one level in folder tree. That's very useful, combined with back
button, for people who still like the mouse. This button was forgotten in Windows XP era.

It's been there all along since the start of win8. If you're new to Win8 then yes it is new, and yes I love it.
Going back is not always going up and that's a great feature. There are quite a few little tweaks like this in win8.

One I like a lot is the 'size all columns to fit'. When you're in the detail view, names dates type etc get truncated
sometimes. You can add it to the quick access bar (top) and that allows you to see all your fields easily with one click.
