The only way I could get my old Tetris to work on my wife's 64bit Win7
machine as to install XP in a virtual machine. I just leave Tetris
running, then "save state"

If it's a DOS program, you could try DOSBOX. Not only would it let you
run it on 64-bit Windows, but even Linux and Mac's.
