For some time now. I'm thinking that when they doubled my speed, even
thought I am a bit over the loop lenth limit, that might be causing it.
But, I'd rather put up with is than have even slower speed.

That would drive me nuts, but your situation puts you in a weak negotiating
position. If the only other choice is satellite, then you're sort of stuck
with what you have. Still, maybe the ISP can fix it versus making it worse.
