My PC with SP2 refuses to allow the HP site to download and install an
active-ex script to check and see if I need updated software. HOW THE
$&*&^%$ bloody hell do I shut that damn thing off? I need this done.
Do
I
have to uninstall SP2 yet again to allow the HP site to install the
script?
Clicking on the bar to allow it to download on my PC didn't work.

How do I get rid of these Sp2 pain in the ass security problems?

My PC is a HP w/W-XP Home/SP2 .

I'm the Owner Administrator of the PC and the only user.

===================================
You put the HP site in the Trusted security Zone.

** I didn't put the HP site anywhere. What do you mean?

Try this site for something easy to understand.
http://www.pensacolasgreatest.com/settings.html

## Oh. Yes, I already added HP.

If you take the time to read and do a google search,

** Google search for WHAT?

If you can form a question, enter the "question" into the google search
box and press enter.

## I can type in the whole problem? ??!?!?!

you can find the answer fairly easily

** Where? What do I look for and where?

Open www.google.com, enter "how to I add sites to my trusted zone" and
press enter - start reading.

## I already added HP to this trusted zone. I set security to LOW and abled
all Active-X to enable. I still can't get SP2 to stop blocking the Active-X
from HP - I can't even get updates from MS now either. How do I disable
this SP2 security feature so I can get updates?

- and the foul language is not
called for in public, unless you don't want any more help.

** What foul language? "Bloody hell" isn't foul language in the the USA.

No, it's the language of the Brits and rag-heads.

## LOL!!!! :-D Sorry about that!
