As I said before, it's all about where the active-x control is located -
if you add "hp.com" and the active-x is at downloads.hp.com then you are
using the internet zone and not the trusted zone. You may need to add
"*.hp.com" to the trusted zone. You may also find that the control is
located as somesite.com and you have to add that one too.
