Default Is Norton Internet Security 2010 enough?

Hi,

I have just installed NIS 2010 on my XP box. I also have
Spybot Search and Destroy/Adaware/Malwarebytes installed as
well. Is this overkill or is NIS 2010 enough to do the job
of protecting my pc from spyware/adware/malware?

I'd keep all the programs you have. No single program is perfect at finding
ALL malware, especially spyware, and thus there is still a need for multiple
scanners. IMO you have a good assortment of tools. I've found the NIS
firewall to be quite easy to use, too. And effective of course. I also have
superantispyware.
NIS 2010 is good, provides good tools, but still mainly an AV
application.

HTH,
