As Russ points out, my solution only works if you have the SP2 on a CD-ROM.

This prompts me to tell you who have installed Windows from the SP2 CD-ROM that you will not be able to find the directory mentioned somewhere above (ServicePackFiles/i386).

For you who have upgraded to SP2 via the Internet the specified directory is located at %SystemRoot%\ServicePackFiles\i386, typically C:\Windows\ServicePackFiles\i386
