Greetings John,

Within the Privacy options, you can right-click contacts there and choose Delete.

However, this Delete option will only be available if they have deleted you from their main
contact list. If they haven't yet deleted you, you can move them to the blocked list, but
the Delete option will remain grayed and the option won't be available until they do remove
you.
