There's no BIOS manual, so no way to imagine what
the BIOS screens look like. Or for that matter, how
you'd reflash the thing. But I bet the owner "got a good deal"
on this plum.

And 32GB is enough for Windows 10. To do upgrades, you might
have to plug in a USB stick to extend the scratch space, but
other than that, it can make it with 32GB. But 32GB is not
a pretty sight, because there's no place for personal files.
There's no SD slot mentioned in the manual. Personal files
would end up on USB sticks. Cool beanz.

And disabling the USB ? Why, it's the only practical interface
it's got. Who would do such a thing ? Is this a school board
computer ???
