Default Always on top Windows versus Taskbar window previous

Activating taskbar window previews (like for Chrome) will cause
your "Always on top" window (like Task Manager) to disappear.

Task manager stayed on top of the task bar and its window and tab
previews.

I wrote "with your pointer hovering over the corresponding taskbar
preview windows". You did not do that.

Hover your little pointer over the taskbar button, then slide your
pointer up into one of the taskbar window previews in order to show
that window. That is when the "always on top" Task Manager window
disappears. And it reappears as per my original post.

It works for Chrome, Firefox, and WordPad Window previews.

If you have a bunch of chrome windows open, with your pointer
hovering over the corresponding taskbar preview windows, your
hidden "Always on top" Task Manager window will magically appear
if your pointer happens to enter its mysteriously hidden window
area.
