Default What is a good free 64-bit Windows 7 startup program software outdated Mike Lin's Startup Control Panel v2.8?

Mike Lin's Startup Control Panel doesn't seem to show everything like
msconfig.exe, but I don't like that program since it makes me reboot,
show duplicates that get readded, etc. Also, it needs to be free.

SysInternals (acquired by Microsoft)
AutoRuns
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sys...loads/autoruns

It lists a hell of a lot more startup locations than either msconfig or
Lin's utility. Some are rather obtuse to most users, like LogonEvents
(programs loaded when you log into a Windows account). It also includes
Task Scheduler events which can be configured to run on startup or
login.

Thanks. Way too much details. Crazy! Thanks.
