jerk, so this seems to be OK, name-calling is used in a

Care to back up this unfounded claim of yours? As to
"registered trademarks":

The rock-band "Rolling Stones" took a small pub-owner to
court, (here in Vienna 6 to 7 years ago) because they didn't
like this name being used in this way. And yes the pub-owner
lost and had to rename the pub.

So if the Disney Cooperation is more "user-friendly" great.
My first post on this topic wasn't mean-spirited, just meant
as a warning as to what could happen.
