Default anoying icon on welcom screen

This is hardly a stupid question, the guy is unsure on how to do something
and has posted a question in a support forum. If you are not interested in
answering the question the don't but in my opinion you are wasting the
bandwidth with your negative comments.

Andy to switch off the language bar to the following.

Start Control Panel Regional and Language Options Languages Tab
Details Button Settings Tab Language Bar Button Untick "Show the
Language Bar on the desktop". You should also make sure that you remove any
languages that you do not use as these use valuble system resources.
