Default helllllppppppppppp

Does you ISP offer a web based email client? If so, use that interface to
delete all suspect emails. BTW, Norton does not cause Outlook to close. It
will merely quarantine or delete any infected files it detects. Whatever is
causing your email to crash, it is not your AV program.

Hellllpppppppp, Every time I try to get my mail it starts
to down load and then my nortan anti virus program keeps
popping up telling me that one of the e-mails has a
virus. so I keep deleting that one e-mail but then the
outlook express keeps shutting down on me and then I
can't get the rest of my mail. I tried blocking the mail
but because it is still going thru my e-mail program it
just keeps doing the same thing over and over again.
Heeeeeeellllllllpppppp
