as of to days ago i had a hacker from excite send me over
4 virus that are java based well any ways i could get on
the net still but it will not let me use my mesengers i
went to www.virusscan and did a scan and panda scan and
also i have an update full version of norton 2003 well my
norton did not pick it up but the on line scAn did any
ways i did the scan and found it but it said the java
based virus can not be cleaned so i erased them all
becuase i thought that was the right thing to do but low
and behold not knowing what im doing i think i messed up
my messengs and i cant chat any where
please help as i need them to keep in contact with family
my msn messenger does not work my yahoo mesenger does not
work and also my excite mesenger i have a fire wall but i
guess it did not do much can you please help me find what
is wrong im on window xp pentum 4 dell demenson ty o0o
and also can you help me find a fire wall that also can
track hakers because i would like to find this person that
takes peoples ip addy and hack there computers on excite i
have an idead who it is but please some one help me
im a single mom who cant aford to keep paying tech guys
