Is there any way to create an SP2 CD from the

patch?

Yes there is. It is called Slipstreaming and can be done manually or
via some applications that put a GUI menu interface on the process.

I use nLite so I can slipstream the SP2 IT 266meg file in PLUS the
RyanVM HotFix Cab file which are all the post SP2 hotfixes which keeps
you from having to do all the updates online after the installation
(you are already up-to-date). PLUS... nLite lets you set certain OS
configuration options and Tweaks to the installation CD so it will
look and act the way you want after installation.

nLite is my suggestion since it lets you do so much more than just
slipstream the service pack.
