Default Frustrated Like Totally - With Flash Drives !

On Win XP pro SP3 and is up to date.

Two flash dries plugged in and shows; a 32G and a 64G.

Plug in third flash drive and bink-bonk sound but does not show !

Tried a 8G and a 256G. Neither show !

These work OK on a Win 7 PC.

My 32G flash that shows is READ ONLY. NO SWITCH ! The whole damn drive.
I cannot change it to be able to save files to it.

What to do ?

I've had 2 64Gb Duracell flashdrives do that. Nothing I tried fixed them
so eventually they got thrown in garbage. Two others I have still
working fine. Slowest drives I have btw,
