It could be Hong Kong Chinese hacking in to Chinese Great Wall to
destabilise the Chinese population. They want independence from China
and so they would do anything within their powers.

Why can't Chinese government send in tanks and stop them from causing
all the destruction and burning buildings in HK? It is time to act hard
on them and let them know who is in charge of HK.
