That means you never gave it the license key,

Or, you unticked "automatically activate"

It says remaining rearm count - 3
so does that mean it will say Activate
Windows 7 only three more times and after that
I will loose the genuine and all our work
will be lost?
Is there a way to force this rather than waiting
for it? I mean I could go to warm up my coffee
and it could pop-up and be gone by the time I get
back.
Man I thought all these problems were over with.

The "rearm count" is for "Grace Period".
The Grace Period is 30 days.
If you use the rearm command, you can extend the
grace period to 3 * 30 = 90 days. It requires waiting
to the last possible moment, then using a rearm.
This has, well, nothing to do with abuse of activating Windows.
It's hard to say what conditions trigger key revocation. I
don't know what does it.
