It says remaining rearm count - 3
so does that mean it will say Activate
Windows 7 only three more times and after that
I will loose the genuine and all our work
will be lost?

Is there a way to force this rather than waiting
for it? I mean I could go to warm up my coffee
and it could pop-up and be gone by the time I get
back.

The "rearm count" is for "Grace Period".

The Grace Period is 30 days.

If you use the rearm command, you can extend the
grace period to 3 * 30 = 90 days. It requires waiting
to the last possible moment, then using a rearm.

This has, well, nothing to do with abuse of activating Windows.
It's hard to say what conditions trigger key revocation. I
don't know what does it.
