I would guess that perhaps you're using an OEM version of Windows, and that
directory came from the OEM. I'm using off-the-shelf (non-OEM) Windows 7
Ultimate, and I do *not* have a \Drivers directory.
The safe route is to leave it alone, but if it really bothers you, burn it to
CD/DVD before you delete it.
