I have just downloaded the latest version of IM as required by MSN, I'm using
Windows XP Professional and Explorer 7.0. The download seems successful,
however once I load the IM it crashes after a few seconds. Also, when it does
load sometimes the existing contacts appear and sometimes they don't. I have
tried loading the previous version, but MSN won't allow it to be loaded.
Pain in the you know what! Can anybody help me as I use it frequently for
work?
