Hello, I'm wondering if should I buy a GPS device to go on visit tour to
Europe. Do you know which is the best or second best (not too expensive)
with maps updated for street and highways? I mean all Europe maps except
Russia and Turkey. Thanks

Terminology -just to assist with any searches and queries:
If you are talking about driving you are looking for a "SatNav" system,
either standalone or on a Smartphone.
"GPS" tends to be used for off-road mapping and navigation.

Worth considering the option of buying the best and then selling it one
after the trip if this is a one-off requirement.

Main concern is about recharging the power once there. Each country that I
need to spend some time has its own electrical properties so best thing is
to find proper power supply. I might ask for it at hotel or ask for a PC
machine to connect the USB cable for charging the GPS.

You might try a Google search for "universal mains usb charger" or
similar search argument.
