Can the Windows 10 "File Explorer" be added to the desktop right click

How?

When I search for how, I get all the wrong answers for pages on end.

Those answers are how to delete the context menu altogether, and how to add
programs to the context menu like opening a command window but not how to
add the actual file explorer to the desktop right click context menu.

Well the program is explorer.exe and should work just like any program
does in the examples above. I've not tried it but if I type
explorer.exe in a command prompt the file explorer starts up.
