I'm talking about historical facts, not "the word of God" as written by men.

Yeah, well, the OT tells of multiple genocides. And it does contain
clues to Middle-Eastern history, as do Sumerian, Babylonian, etc texts,
and of course the remains that the archaeologists dig up. Did you know
that until some humps and bumps were dug up, people didn't believe there
were Hittites, because the OT was the only place they were mentioned?

So you're telling me that what I read in the OT is historical fact?
