my wife uses came with 10 and the all the updates have
installed without a hitch. But after the latest one, there is a minor
issue with Outlook 2016 for which I've yet to find an answer. When it
is
first opened, all looks normal and new email arrives and shows in the
Inbox. But you cannot do anything at that point. It is as if
everywhere
that should be "clickable" isn't - the mouse cursor doesn't change
shape,
the buttons don't do anything. The only recourse is to close Outlook
and
open it again. Then everything works. ?

Open an Office application, at Account, use the update button to update
Office.
