It's not possible to convert any video format in to any other video
format
without some form of recompression... But if it's not copyrighted,
then
just use the VOB files as they are... If you want them as mpg, then
you
must recompress as VOB, although technically mpeg2, is of a higher
resolution than normal mpeg2 and holds other data too.
