My 1080 usually runs at 34C for most games and graphics intensive work.
Have never seen it get above 43C.
Fans are set to run from zero rpm to 80% max.
Most of the time they run at 31%.
GPU mem is overclocked 162% to 4300 mhz.
GPU core is overclocked 162% to 1600 mhz.
Power limit set at 110%.
Shutdown set for 70C - has never even come close.
A Seasonic Titanium 850 powers it.
On my system when running a gpu stress test, it gets up to about 130 degrees F.

So that's 54C. That's not too high.
