I have a Pioneer Dreambook tablet with the following specs.

Intel Atom single core 1.66 Ghz CPU.
2 GB RAM.
32 GB SATA SSD.
Pegatron M11JB motherboard.

I upgraded the OS to 32 bit Windows 10 and was using the inbuilt
bluetooth to stream audio from VLC media player.
It worked for several hours but the next day device manager said
windows has stopped the bluetooth device. I got it working again
using the roll back button but today it did the same thing and the
roll back button is greyed out.
A Google search suggested this is a common problem with this
device and that I should install KB3061161 which I can't find.
