That's an all-in-one. DVD drive. 4 USB. Network
jack and audio jacks. HDMI jack. Sounds normal.
But why would you buy an all-in-one if you want
a desktop? It's usually more money for less flexibility.

If you've bought a tablet, or some kind of
Win10S hybrid device, then you don't really have
a computer and it won't run desktop software. As
Rene said, no one can say very much useful without
knowing what it is.
