You are sarcastic but DOS can still be useful. I use it for the backup of my
data, for changing attributes to groups of files, for Youtube-dl, and so on.

I think he was talking about real DOS; you're talking about command mode
from within Windows. (Which I agree is useful.)

I've often wondered why the youtube-dl folk haven't used a shorter name
- YT-dl would do - so as not to exceed 8 characters; but then, I wish
they'd name it something else anyway, as it works with so many websites,
not just YouTube.
