I knew you could.

And when they do these, they spend three months doing extra
code for the one on the left. Someone *could* add water effects
to the one on the right, if they wanted to. This kind of
photo is used to sell ATI video cards. If you look at the
body of the car, notice the body work is the same. Bumping
the DX level, didn't make the body look different.

In the article here, they're just fiddling with the
interface between OS and video card. No mention
of anything graphically related at all.
