Command prompt or run command etc. Whatever way you can.
There is a check box on the first screen. Toggle it. Click okay.
It will ask for the password. enter it twice.


What does Toggle it mean?


It's means put the laptop back in the box and take it back where you
bought it from. Tell them you are too stupid to own a computer.
