Default Windows XP Networking Configuration Problem

I am having problems setting up networking between two Windows XP
computers connected to a Linksys Broadband hub.

I think there is something wrong with the networking configuration on
my computer.

I have set my primary partition for file sharing in simply file
sharing mode with both the "Share this folder on the network" and
"Allow network users to change my files" checked.

On the same computer, when I exlore My Network Places and select the
computer name corresponding to this computer and the shared drive, I
get the following mesage:

"\\computerName\SharedDrive is not accessible. You might not have
permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of
this server to find out if you have permissions.

Not enough server storage is available to process this command."

Since I am trying to access my local harddrive through My Network
Places, why would I have permission problems?

Incidently, the File and Print Sharing for Microsoft Networks service
under the local area connections properties is installed.
