Probably the problem is that the values for "Action" or "Provider", from key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\
Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\
AutoplayHandlers\Handlers\PhotoWorksEventHandler
witches normally are displayed on content type dialog box, are too long to fit in one row of the dialog box.
You must find the text string for those values and try to make shorter ( search on key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\
Windows\ShellNoRoam\MUICache] )
