The 8500 hung up again and I had to power it off which
took an unusually long time this time. It said I had (2) FF
open and I had to close the one to open the other and opened
Task Mgr to close FF but the pop-up kept appearing. I then
tried to restart it but a dialog box appeared to let the application
continue, shutdown etc and I clicked shutdown but it just kept
in a loop. So I elected to power it off and had a normal boot
along with the abnormal shutdown screen I was glad to see
but it shouldn't be hanging up at all at this point.
